A complete review of all market segments, their contribution to total hotel occupancy and transient occupancy (premium mix), along with two variance sections that can be used for comparisons to last year, budget, last quarter, last month, last week, pre renovation, pre new supply, etc. This report provides the most detail related to market segmentation. Weekday and weekend breakdowns are included. The versatility of this report as it relates to the comparison sources and date ranges makes it most useful in analyzing the overall rooms sold performance of any hotel.

Stat by Market Segment
A complete breakdown of all market segments rooms sold, average rate and revenue. With weekday and weekend splits and variance sections to last year. This report provides the most detail related to monthly totals of rooms, rate and revenue, by all market segments.

Transient Monthly
Day of week averages for all rooms sold criteria over the course of one month, with a variance section to last year. This report provides good analysis as it relates to day of week trends within the transient market segment for a given month.

Annual Room Revenue Rollup
Identical to the Annual Room Revenue Report, this report allows you to run the report for various hotel groupings such as brand, region, full service, limited service, size, etc, allowing you to get the "big" picture for your company.

Market Mix Analysis Rollup
